
| Nancy Cosgrove, BA, RN, started RNfit™ Weight Management in 2000. From 1987 to 1992 she was employed by HMR corporate, and was a member of the national training team. She has a passion for preventive health care and delights in seeing people improve their quality of life and be able to come off or reduce medication for high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and more. Nancy’s motto: eat early, eat often, eat before you get hungry. This helps you to stay in control and virtually eliminates cravings! Nancy is married and has 2 dogs and 3 cats. |

Debby Bridges, BS, Program Coordinator. Debby came to RNfit in November 2005 as a last resort, after failing at many weight loss attempts. She was so impressed with the philosophy of the company, she became an employee in January 2006. After losing 74 pounds, she continues to fine tune permanent lifestyle changes to maintain her weight loss. The best part about being thinner is having so much more energy and being able to be more physically active! She is married and has two grown sons. TIP: Having a snack around 4:00 (just before cooking dinner) is a key to preventing overeating at dinner. FAVORITE RECIPE: HMR®Mushroom Risotto Entree combined with chopped onion and baked for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. |

Jodie Lamon, BS in Health Education. Jodie teaches our HMR at Home® telephone classes. She was previously employed by the HMR Program at the University of Kentucky. She is married and has 2 young sons. Jodie’s best tip: If it's in your house, you will eat it! Make sure that you have lots of fruits and vegetables prepared for quick and easy snacks. |

Patricia Gebhart. Patricia started at RNfit in August 2007 and has lost over 110 lbs to date! She now works in the office part-time and manages the website. Patricia believes in "switching things up"; changing the times of day she eats, what type of excercise she does and trying new kinds of recipes to keep motivated. She is married and has a young daughter. |

| Dargie Arwood, BS. Dargie is the newest addition to our team, coming on board as a health educator in for our phase 1 classes in January 2010. Dargie has been a client of RNfit since the fall of 2007. She is an incredible role model, juggling a large family, pursuing her masters in education and caring for her elderly parents while keeping off 85 lbs.
Dargie believes that the more you move, the more you can move, and the the more you move, the more you want to move! She make physical activity a priority in her life. |
