“Turkey Dinner”
· 1-2 Savory Chicken Entrée(s)
· 1 HMR chicken soup mix
· 1-2 T diced onion
· 1-2 T diced celery
· Ground sage
Heat entrée in microwave 1 minute on high. Separate heated chicken pieces from rice and carrots.
“Stuffing”
Microwave diced onion and celery in a bowl until soft. Combine with rice and carrots with sage to taste.
“Gravy”
Mix chicken soup with enough boiling water (approx. 2-3 oz.) to give a creamy consistency. Arrange chicken pieces, mashed potatoes, “stuffing”, and vegetables on a plate. Add gravy to taste.
Mashed potatoes
Cook cut up potatoes in fat free chicken broth until tender. Mash with reduced fat sour cream, salt and pepper.
New entree ideas:
Try baking the turkey chili mixed with chicken pasta parmesan or chicken creole.
Spray a pie pan with non stick cooking spray. Spread the entrees out and bake at 400degrees for 30 minutes. A great new taste!! You will be surprised at the taste change when you bake the entrees.
Green Bean Casserole

1 Mushroom Risotto Entrée
1 can French style green beans, drained
½ c chopped onion-or onion powder to taste
Spray casserole dish lightly with non stick cooking spray. Spread green beans in oven safe dish. Top with onions or onion powder. Spread entrée on top. Bake in 350degree oven for 30-40 minutes until brown and crisp on top.
