Cold Pea Salad

1 HMR® Savory Chicken Entree
2 c frozen peas, thawed (raw or steamed)
1 c diced water chestnuts
2 T sour cream
Adobe seasonings
Mix together. Can be made ahead of time.
1 entree, 3 vegetables
HMR Pasta Salad
1 HMR® Chicken Pasta Parmesan Entree, rinsed
tomatoes
cucumbers
celery
carrots
peppers
non fat Italian dressing
Take the entree and rinse off the tomato sauce. Add any fresh vegetables you like along with nonfat Italian dressing.
Calypso Fruit Salad
1 pt berries
1 lb. seedless grapes
1 cantaloupe, diced
1 pineapple, dices
3 apples, cored, peeled, cut into wedges
3 oranges, sectioned
Combine. You can have it plain. If you are "in the box", you can add this mixture to a shake or pudding.
If you are in phase 2 you can add 1 c nonfat fruit yogurt.
1 cup equals 1 fruit

1 sleeve low calorie Lemonade drink mix
1 gallon water
