These recipes can be used with ANY of the HMR® shake products

HMR® Vanilla Smoothies – try using flavored waters, diet sodas, fat-free/sugar-free pudding powders, extracts, sugar free syrups and crazy combinations of fresh, frozen and/or canned fruits.
  • Vanilla + banana + pineapple + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free white chocolate pudding powder
  • Vanilla + pineapple + frozen sweet cherries + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free white chocolate pudding powder
  • Vanilla + raspberries + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free white chocolate pudding powder
  • Vanilla + mango + banana
  • Vanilla + frozen cherries + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free cheesecake pudding powder
  • Vanilla + bananas + blueberries
  • Vanilla + diet orange soda + ½ banana + 1 cup pineapple
  • Vanilla + banana + strawberries + strawberry extract + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free pudding powder
  • Vanilla + frozen peaches + sugar-free peach gelatin + peach melba soda + Splenda®
  • Vanilla + 1 orange (or 1 cup mandarins) + 1 banana + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free lemon pudding powder + ½ tsp. rum extract
  • Vanilla + diet orange soda + mandarin oranges
  • Vanilla + frozen fruit smoothie blend + coconut extract
  • Vanilla + peaches + strawberries
  • Vanilla + sugar-free lime gelatin + crushed pineapple
  • Vanilla + ½ cup crushed pineapple + ½ cup frozen strawberries + 1 banana + ½ tsp. nut extract (black walnut)
  • Vanilla + banana + apricot + sugar-free cookie dough syrup + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free pudding powder + diet lemon/lime soda
  • Vanilla + honeydew + fat-free Cool Whip®
  • Vanilla + banana + cinnamon + coffee (hot or cold)
  • Vanilla + banana + pineapple + strawberries
  • Vanilla + diet orange soda + crushed pineapple + mandarin oranges
  • Vanilla + mango + pineapple
  • Vanilla + diet orange soda + mango + banana
  • Vanilla + frozen peaches + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free white chocolate pudding powder + cinnamon
  • Vanilla + frozen blueberries + pineapple + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free lemon pudding powder

  • Chocolate + diet chocolate fudge soda + raspberries + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding powder
  • Chocolate + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free cheesecake pudding powder + ½ cup frozen cherries + ½ cup crushed pineapple + ½ tsp. almond extract
  • Chocolate + strawberries + banana + strawberry extract + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free pudding powder(any flavor you like)
  • Chocolate + diet chocolate cherry soda + black cherries + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free pudding powder (white chocolate or chocolate)
  • Chocolate + frozen blueberries + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free chocolate fudge pudding powder
  • Chocolate + banana + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free pistachio pudding powder
  • Chocolate + strawberries + banana + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar-free cheesecake pudding powder
  • Chocolate + banana + peanut butter extract (Elvis lives!)
  • Chocolate + frozen cherries + black cherry concentrate (2 oz) + 1 tbsp Jell-O® fat-free/sugar free chocolate fudge pudding powder + 4 ice cubes
***Try all of the above combinations as doubles, using 1 HMR® chocolate shake and 1 HMR® vanilla shake. Enjoy!!

Carrot Cake Shake

·         8 oz. water

·         2 scoops 120 Vanilla shake mix

·         1 T sugar free cheesecake pudding

·         ¼ t cinnamon

·         1 c pineapple

·         1c canned carrots (drained)

·         Ice

 

Blend until smooth. Counts as 2 shakes, 1 veg., 1 fruit


Pistachio Shake

 1 HMR vanilla shake
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
1 T Pistachio sugar-free jello pudding powder
6 oz cold water
Ice cubes

Put water into the blender. Start the blender and add shake mix and pistachio pudding mix. Add pineapple and ice cubes. Blend until thick. Enjoy!!
(counts as 1 shake, 1 fruit and 25 condiment calories)


Breakfast

1 HMR vanilla shake
1 c crushed pineapple with juice
1 HMR multigrain cereal

Combine and refrigerate overnight.
2 shakes and 1 fruit
