Debby Bridges
Debby Bridges

Debby Bridges, BS, Program Coordinator. Debby came to RNfit in November 2005 as a last resort, after failing at many weight loss attempts. She was so impressed with the philosophy of the company, she became an employee in January 2006.

After losing 74 pounds, she continues to fine tune permanent lifestyle changes to maintain her weight loss. The best part about being thinner is having so much more energy and being able to be more physically active! She is married and has two grown sons.

Debby’s tip: Having a snack around 4:00 (just before cooking dinner) is a key to preventing overeating at dinner.

Rachel Scull
Rachel Scull, B.S., is our new Health Educator. Her degree is in Exercise Science, AND she is a graduate of UT’s Culinary program.

After working in the fitness industry for 9 years, she realized that 80% of weight loss comes from food changes. She has a business called Personal Plate, cooking for those who don’t have time to cook for themselves. She looks forward to using both her fitness knowledge and her cooking skills to help RNfit clients.

Heidi Greenhalgh
Heidi Greenhalgh

Heidi Greenhalgh, BS, MS, Health Promotion/Education. Heidi is excited to join RNfit as a Health Educator teaching classes and coaching clients along their journey to a healthy lifestyle.

She stays fit chasing after six kids and running road races with her husband, including her first marathon in Fall, 2014.

Heidi’s Tip: Focus on all the tasty, healthy things you should eat, not the junk you shouldn’t! Nothing beats fresh berries or a juicy mango sprinkled with lime juice.
